"Shadowlands" Archival Print

The solitary tree in this lush landscape stands as a guardian over the land. The strong shadowshapes of this view lead me to spend time trying to capture the feeling of this hilly meadow in summer. The shade is a place of rejuvenation in that time of year and one can find refuge in the shadowlands.
