Refund policy
My biggest goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. I strive to ensure that all items are packaged with care to arrive at their new homes without damage.
In the event that an item is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to ensure that the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.
If you are not happy with a print, please get in touch so we can make it right. In most cases, a print in new condition can be returned for a refund.
Prints in new condition can also be exchanged for another print or original.
Spotted Fox Studio is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item.
